Your mission

In this role you will be able to work as part of the Project Management team in the field of Procurement, enabling us to develop and maintain a seamless and accurate procurement process for high-quality components, materials and services. No day will be the same and you will be given a healthy amount of responsibility and autonomy, always supported by the team.

Your day-to-day

Substantially support the development and maintenance of smooth and user-friendly procurement processes
Receive, process and request the execution of purchases in a timely manner, keeping all stakeholders informed and updated
Keep a clear, organized and transparent record of all lead times, expected deliveries and documentation concerning the orders
Substantially support the development, maintenance and communication regarding a supplier database.
Receive technical requirements and specifications from the technical team, research potential suppliers and products, and assist in accurately communicating with suppliers
Establish and automate the inventory control for testing facilities and ensure they are always promptly supplied

Your profile

You are currently studying an Engineering or other technical program, or supply management or business or similar.
Experience with MS Office 365. MS Power BI and Power Apps/Automate software are a plus.
High level of self-reliance, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
Target- and detail-oriented, driven workstyle with analytic problem-solving skills and a high level of organization required.
Interest in sustainable aviation, sustainability and technology is a plus.
Able to work for 20 hours a week on a working student contract, in person, for an initial duration of 6 months.
Living in Munich and greater area is preferred.
