Technical Sales Manager (all genders)

Your mission
In this role, you will support the VP Commercial and the Sales Directors by knowing your customer (KYC), tailoring technical sales pitches to each client, analysing customer networks and finances to create compelling value propositions, and representing the company in the field while advocating for customer needs within the organization.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Be the primary person of contact between engineering and sales.
  • Understand the engineering perspective on our products and translate it into quantifiable value-added features for the customer.
  • Develop tools with the Engineering department to quickly and accurately analyse and visualise the low and high speed performance of our products on customer networks.
  • Work with the Engineering team to develop tools to create an NPV value proposition for customers.
  • Support the VP Commercial and Sales Directors in preparing tailored (technical) sales pitches to customers that are relevant to their audience. Be prepared to present yourself.
  • Prepare negotiation strategies and sales contracts for specific campaigns.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement and updating of our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows and company meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and feed them back to the company to develop our products in line with customer expectations.
Your profile
  • Educational background in Aerospace Engineering, business school, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role. 
  • Practical experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational/planning skills.
  • Hands-on mentality with a high level of empathy, attention to detail, and integrity.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in any additional language is a plus.
