Logistics & Warehouse Operator (all genders)

Your mission
As a Logistics & Warehouse Operator (all genders), you will play a key role in supporting the flow of materials and components for our aircraft battery systems. You will be responsible for receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing parts and equipment, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with aerospace standards. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, testing, and procurement teams, you will help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment that supports production and testing activities.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods and materials.
  • Organize and store components, tools, and equipment according to safety and handling guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver parts to production and testing areas based on work orders and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by establishing and following clear inventory management procedures.
  • Support stocktaking, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Package and ship outgoing materials and parts, including coordination with logistics providers and explicitly also for Lithium-Ion Batteries.
  • Ensure proper handling of sensitive components, including high-voltage battery parts.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning and material availability.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized workspace.
  • Establishing processes and workflows for logistics and warehouse operations.
Your profile
  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling.
  • Experience with shipping Lithium-Ion Batteries and other Hazardous goods.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and basic documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with ADR regulations.
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to handle technical components with care and precision.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures, especially around electrical and hazardous materials.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Passion for aviation and interest in supporting the electrification of flight.
