Your mission

As a Graphic Designer (all genders) you will play a key role in developing and executing visually compelling designs that align with our VÆRIDION’s vision and resonate with our audience. You will be responsible for crafting brand assets across various business channels, ensuring consistency and excellence in everything from product branding to digital content and marketing/brand campaigns. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual with strong design skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day

Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital channels (social media, websites, email marketing) and physical touchpoints (brochures, posters, etc.).
Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept through execution, ensuring all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Prepare creative assets for social media campaigns, editorial content, and digital marketing initiatives.
Work closely with project coordinators and team members to meet deadlines, communicate project statuses, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
3+ years professional design experience on a creative agency, design agency or creative team within a company.
Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva) is a must.
Experience with 3D Modelling in Blender.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand design projects, with a keen eye for detail, design composition, colour theory and typography.
Excellent understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling.
Accountability and a self-starter mentality.
Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Passion for aviation and sustainable solutions is a plus.
Fluent in English, another European language would be a plus.

About us

VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO₂ emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe it's our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.
At VÆRIDION our goal is to develop, build and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km.
