We are looking for a hands-on and creative Event Manager (all genders) to strengthen our brand presence and drive meaningful engagement with external stakeholders. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, from conferences and trade shows to site launches and company-owned formats. Your mission
Your Day-to-Day
- Plan, organize, and execute trade fairs, including booth design, registration, and coordination of marketing materials.
- Manage VÆRIDION participation in conferences, keynotes, and panel discussions.
- Organize VÆRIDION-owned events such as customer events, site openings.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end execution of events, from initial planning to on-site delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing,Technology, and Sales teams to align events with business objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand representation across all events and communications.
- Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.
Your profile
- 3-5 years of experience in event management, ideally across trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and B2B environments.
- Proven track record of planning and executing events end-to-end, from strategic concept to on-site delivery.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand positioning.
- Background in high-growth environments preferably in aerospace or space industries, with strong familiarity with professional standards, stakeholder management, and complex event operations.
- Passion for events combined with strong organizational talent and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
